「ベッカム法」で手取りを最大化 Maximize your income with the "Beckham law"
スペインに転入した一定の就労者は、通常の累進課税に代えて、所得€600,000までを24%の定率で課税する特別税制を最長6年間選択できます。デジタルノマドビザの保持者も、要件を満たせば対象になり得ます。 Qualifying newcomers can opt out of progressive income tax and pay a flat 24% on income up to €600,000 for up to six years. Digital nomad visa holders may qualify as well.
- 24%の定率課税Flat 24% rate €600,000までの所得に24%、超える部分に47%。転入年とその後5年間、合計最長6年適用されます。24% on income up to €600,000 and 47% above it, for the year of arrival plus five more years.
- 国外資産への課税が限定的Limited taxation of foreign assets 原則としてスペイン国内源泉の所得と資産が対象となり、日本や米国に残した資産への課税負担を抑えられます。Taxation is generally limited to Spanish-source income and assets, easing the burden on assets left in Japan or the U.S.
